Assessment and direction for an existing system
Not every requirement calls for new software. We assess the system you operate, describe its current state and set out the next steps in order of priority. The deliverable is a written, reasoned and prioritised report.

Security review and incident response
Review of access models, headers, dependencies and data flows. If an incident has already occurred: establishing what was affected, closing the vulnerability and documenting the course of events.
Scope and data boundaries of AI integrations
Which tasks an AI integration will actually take over, which data may leave the institution and which may not, and where the human decision remains. Defining this boundary before the integration is less costly than defining it afterwards.

Code, infrastructure, data flows and, equally important, the people who operate them.
Report
Findings, reasoning, priority and estimated cost for each item. In writing, so that it can be discussed within the institution without us.
Follow-up
Optional: we implement the items, or we support your team while they do.
Report standard
What a report contains
Each item in a report states what was found, why it matters and what correcting it would cost. Findings that cannot be explained are not included, and the report is not extended beyond what the findings support.
Where the appropriate recommendation is to leave a system as it is, the report says so. A system that is unremarkable but functions reliably does not need to be changed.
