Company
Software for processes that institutions rely on
CND Studio develops platforms for academic and institutional publishing and for scientific event management, and provides custom software and technology consulting to institutions. The company was founded in 2024 and is based in Konya, Türkiye.
What we do
Two products and two service lines
Our platforms, Nasirus for publishing management and Congirus for scientific event management, are used under licence by universities, journals, learned societies and other institutions. We maintain, support and are accountable for both products.
Alongside the platforms we provide custom software and technology consulting to institutions. The working method is the same in both areas: understand the process first, keep it configurable, record every decision, and hand over a system the institution can operate independently.

How we work
- Decisions are made by people
- The system prepares the document; a person signs it. Automation takes over the routine work around a decision, not the decision itself.
- Every step is recorded
- Who decided what, and when, is held in an audit trail that cannot be altered afterwards. The reasons for a decision remain traceable years later.
- The software follows the institution
- Approval steps, permission schemes and forms are configured around the institution’s existing way of working. When the institution changes, the software is adjusted through configuration.
- Clear advice on scope
- If a requirement falls outside our field, or if adapting an existing system is preferable to building a new one, we say so in the first conversation.
